What is the difference between manual research and simply downloading from a database?

Unlike other companies, we don’t collect our leads through databases. That’s because databases aren’t tailored to your audience – they’re a pool of accounts that everyone has access to. When other companies use contacts from a database, they’re all just contacting the same group of people over and over again.

Do you follow up?

We attribute 70% of our meetings to our relentless follow up system. Not only do we attach 4-6 follow ups after our initial cold email for you, every 3-6 months we will follow up with them again incase it was a timing thing, you would be surprised how many meetings we get from doing this.

Who sends the emails?

To ensure we have 100% email deliverability, we will purchase a domain for you (similar to your primary domain) and create an email account under your name for you. We have developers that can set up the correct SPF, DMARC and DKIM records to make sure that we are landing in the inbox and not in the spam folder.

Are the email campaigns you run Spam Act compliant?

Absolutely. We’ve had extensive legal advice to ensure all our practices are compliant. We maintain a do-not-contact list to ensure we never contact a prospect who has opted out of communications, and all our emails provide a way for prospects to let us know if they no longer want to receive correspondence.

How many meetings can I expect?

Although we can't guarantee a certain amount of meetings, if you have an established agency and have case studies that are strong and compelling we can typically book 2-4 meetings per week for agencies like these.
